Very. Wish Nintendo would have unveiled the specs themselves a long time ago to shut the fanboys up.

I was tired of it when the Wii U was "first" unveiled last year.

Nah, it's funny seeing haters jump at every chance they get to mock Nintendo. It's kind of cute, really.

People can only judge the power once they get their hands on it and tear it apart.

SO damn tired. That Iwata Asks was pretty reassuring though so i'm pretty happy with the console power wise.

We have a pretty good idea of what it'll be able to do, so the constant doom and gloom rumors are pretty annoying.

Here's another rumor: idiots are still going to spread rumors even after the release of the Wii U

You can have the technical specifications you want, but at the end of the day, it's what you do with it that counts. You can have the most powerful beast of a console ever made, but if it has no soul and the products you develop for it are just that, products, and not projects made with love and dedication, your machine is just a pile of silicon and plastic.

10 years from now, nobody will remember your machine for its specs. They'll remember it for the games and experiences they lived and the feelings and emotions attached to it. That materialistic, superficial attitude people have towards worshipping hardware is testament of the vanity that has taken over the video game industry over the years.

Basically. I know it'll be decently-speced. It's obviously not going to be a 6-Core Power 7 CPU clocked @ 4 GHz w/ a 6990 but it'll be alright and more than capable of enough for next-gen downports.

What I really don't get is Fanboys saying it does not have DX11 means it will fail. DX is microsofts property and there really is no direct equivalent. Just as long as it provides the same versatility as the new tessellation in DX11 cards it will do just fine.

Some folks make a big argle-bargle about Wii U being 'current gen' or even 'last gen' based on the hardware.

I wonder if these people own a dictionary (Mr. Spaguetti has to search the dictionary for the word 'dictionary'), or even understand what the word 'generation' means.

Anyway, just throwing this out there.
